We designed new offices for the technology startup Safetica, whose current premises had become too cramped.
The extensive project of new office spaces was a great challenge for us. Thanks to precise organization and exemplary client cooperation, we completed it in 8 weeks and dedicated another 12 weeks to design supervision during implementation. We divided the entire project into several phases.

Precise preparation is an essential foundation of every project, and this is doubly true for such a large project as designing an ideal work environment for 130 people.
In this phase, we identified the client’s specific needs, including the number of people working in individual teams, required office equipment, operational logistics, corporate culture and customs, and the tone of communication between management and employees as well as clients. All of this needed to be considered in our work.
After precise preparation came the creative phase. Our interior designers proposed

The extensive new office space project was a major challenge for us. Thanks to precise organization and exemplary client cooperation, we completed it in 8 weeks, followed by 12 weeks of artistic supervision during implementation. We divided the entire project into several phases.
Based on the floor plan, we began creating visualizations of specific spaces – individual offices and workstations, meeting rooms, relaxation zones, company kitchen with dining area, changing rooms, and phone booths.
We incorporated corporate colors and elements from the logo manual into all visualizations, using them not only on walls but also in upholstery and other accessories. Given the number of workstations, dividing walls were also an important element in the visualizations. These included both acoustic walls and walls primarily serving as storage space demarcation.
Realistic visualizations were very important for the client, helping them envision how individual rooms would actually look. The final visualizations, in accordance with the floor plan, were then used to prepare the final budget and implementation specifications.
Safetica is a Brno-based technology startup focused on IT security and data protection. Their offices in the South Moravian JIC incubator, where they started, soon became insufficient, and they leased new premises.
We are pleased that we were chosen to design their offices and implement the project in collaboration with Dřevodílo.
The office construction was carried out under our artistic supervision. This ensured that everything designed by our designers was properly implemented. Custom and standardized wooden furniture and wooden structures were supplied and installed by Dřevodílo.

We designed and built Safetica’s office space to provide each employee with ideal working conditions, balanced with quality rest periods. This enables them to deliver perfect performance and remain satisfied at work.
