We retain for 3 years after contract termination, in some cases longer as required by law (e.g., accounting documents for 10 years).

C. Statistics, Purchase Satisfaction, Commercial Communications

Processing is based on legitimate interest to improve services.

  • Satisfaction surveys – 12 months
  • Reviews – until you request deletion
