We are looking for an architect and design leader

Every memorable interior and exterior has its author. Someone who connects architecture, design, and detail into one functional whole. And that’s exactly the kind of person we’re now looking for in our design studio – a place where we create original interiors, exteriors, and product designs with emphasis on timelessness, materials, and craftsmanship.

What will be your job responsibilities

We are looking for an architect with expertise in furniture design who can lead projects, inspire the team, and create independently. Your role will be to manage the entire design process – from concept and sketches, through 3D models and visualizations, to presenting designs to clients.

• Process management (50% – capacity planning, defining milestones, maintaining budgets and deadlines)
• Communication (30% – managing colleagues, relationships with customers and suppliers)
• Product design (20% – from conceptual sketches to detailed designs)
• Design creation (occasionally during peak times)

How we envision you

• You have a degree in architecture or industrial design (ideally M.Arch.). Having Czech Chamber of Architects authorization is a big plus.
• You have experience with exterior, interior, furniture, or product design.
• You can lead projects and teams – organize, explain, help.
• You are proficient in at least one 3D program.
• You have a sense for aesthetics, detail, and materials.
• You’re not afraid to communicate across professions and represent the brand.
