To provide you with an exact price, we need to understand your project in more detail. Based on an initial meeting, we will create a specific price offer tailored to your project, so you will know exactly what to expect. Without this initial consultation, we can only provide an indicative estimate based on our experience with previous projects. What You get from Us
Our interior designs consist of several parts – some are primarily visually attractive, while others are valued by other professionals during the actual implementation and coordination with craftsmen or technical trades.
Items marked with a ➕ symbol are not included in the basic packages and are charged separately.
We will create a mood board that captures the overall atmosphere, color scheme, materials, and style of your new interior.
The design always includes the proposed layout of interior elements along with their dimensions.
We will create a 3D model of your future interior. This will give you a clear idea of the arrangement of elements and their functional relationships – in short, everything will be where it should be and will make practical sense.
Based on the 3D model, we will create several photorealistic visualization views. The advantage of this visualization over simple models is its highly accurate representation of textures, organic elements, and especially lights and shadows. It is here that individual light sources (spotlights, LED strips) and their impact on the overall room atmosphere truly shine. Preparing a perfect visualization takes time; for less critical interior areas (e.g., utility rooms, back offices), we can omit visualizations by agreement.
The design also includes recommendations for specific furnishings. This helps you avoid searching for non-existent furniture or last-minute improvisations during implementation.
Our documentation precisely specifies the interior parameters and related work, such as painting, plastering, or other surface finishes. We also highlight the need for coordination with other trades, for example, when routing electrical installations within built-in furniture.
If desired, we can also provide a basic electrical layout and drawings of building modifications and sanitary installations with the design for an additional fee.
To expedite the project, we work with the dimensions you provide. If you don’t have time for measurements, or your spaces are complex (e.g., with curved or irregular walls), we will gladly measure the interior ourselves using digital technology for an additional fee.
For an additional fee, we will prepare a virtual reality preview of your interior. This allows you to walk through the space before implementation and fine-tune even the smallest details regarding atmosphere and functionality.
We negotiate the best possible prices with our selected, verified partners, giving you a clear understanding of total costs from the design phase. If desired, we’ll connect you with suppliers and oversee the implementation.
