Interiors for Rental Apartments

The project interior design of a commercial building included designing several apartments intended for accommodation of employees, clients, and business partners. The assignment clearly aimed to create a cozy, yet representative space with an emphasis on timeless design, quality materials, and easy maintenance.

The basic color palette adheres to the proven combination of gray, white, and wood decor, which is reflected in both the furniture and the tiling and flooring. The interior is calm and welcoming, and the lighting atmosphere can be easily adjusted thanks to dimmable lighting.

Each apartment allows for comfortable accommodation for two adults. The sleeping area is separated from the kitchenette by a wall of wooden slats. In addition to the double bed, we also designed a sofa bed, which expands the possibilities of using the space. The main living room includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table, and a built-in wardrobe. The windows have blackout curtains for undisturbed sleep and plenty of privacy.

We used the entrance area for a built-in wardrobe and a bench with storage space for comfortable storage of shoes and outerwear.

The bathroom is designed with an emphasis on functionality and visual cleanliness. Large-format tiles with a matte concrete decor look modern and also facilitate maintenance. There is a shower enclosure with a head and hand shower, a toilet, a washbasin with a deck-mounted faucet, a mirror with integrated lighting, and enough space for storing towels and toiletries.

The design also includes a separate room before entering the apartments, equipped for convenient online check-in without the need for personal reception presence.
