One of the projects where we designed and implemented a show flat is the Mechanika apartment building<\/a> in Prague, located in a former factory building where a number of smaller residential units were created. The specific apartment we were tasked with designing was a small space with high ceilings<\/g>, which in itself presents a number of challenges and opportunities. The goal was to create a full-fledged and pleasant living space on a small floor plan. We utilized the ceiling height and designed an open mezzanine<\/strong> for the bedroom, which visually enlarged the space while providing additional living area. Under the staircase, we integrated cleverly designed storage spaces<\/strong>, and custom multifunctional furniture<\/strong> allowed for maximum use of every centimeter. The finished apartment feels airy, organized, and harmonious. This project showed that even a studio apartment with limited space can offer a high standard of living<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n
