A complex of buildings was created that combines diverse architectural forms \u2013 some houses have flat walkable green roofs, others have traditional gabled roofs. The result is a balanced and visually attractive whole that meets the demands of <strong>contemporary urban living<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The centerpiece of the design is a <strong>shared inner courtyard<\/strong>, which serves not only as a passage but functions as an extended residential facility. It offers a <strong>community square<\/strong> with living greenery, places for relaxation and gathering, grill points, a children&#8217;s playground, and park furniture. This creates a <strong>natural environment for neighborly relationships<\/strong> and daily outdoor activities.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Apartments<\/strong> are diverse in layout, from compact 1+kk to spacious 4+kk and maisonettes. In addition to residential units, the complex also features a diverse mix of spaces for various uses: <g id=\"gid_1\">coworking, bistro with caf\u00e9, and offices<\/g>. The complex also includes <strong>sufficient parking spaces<\/strong>, both in garages and exterior areas.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aesthetics of the buildings are shaped by a combination of light and dark brick cladding, textured plasters, metal facades with climbing plants, and corten steel details.
