We designed new offices for the technology startup Safetica, whose current premises had become too cramped.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The extensive project of new office spaces was a great challenge for us. Thanks to precise organization and exemplary client cooperation, we completed it in 8 weeks and dedicated another 12 weeks to design supervision during implementation. We divided the entire project into several phases. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparatory Work <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Precise preparation<\/strong> is an essential foundation of every project, and this is doubly true for such a large project as designing an ideal work environment for 130 people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this phase, we identified the client’s specific needs<\/strong>, including the number of people working in individual teams, required office equipment, operational logistics, corporate culture and customs, and the tone of communication between management and employees as well as clients. All of this needed to be considered in our work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Floor Plan Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After precise preparation came the creative phase<\/strong>. Our interior designers proposed dividing the space into functional zones<\/g> and then discussed these proposals with the client. The result was a precise floor plan<\/strong> tailored specifically for Safetica, ensuring that individual zones corresponded with each other and made sense within the logic of work activities.
