Designing the interior of the lower floor of a loft apartment<\/strong> was a delightful challenge\u2014and far from our first. We have extensive experience with loft apartment interiors, having successfully designed several. Each was different, but they all share a focus on functionality, light, and a unique atmosphere. <\/p>\n\n

This high-ceilinged space had great potential<\/strong> on its own, which we decided to enhance with a light, timeless palette\u2014a combination of white, cream, shades of gray, and wood decor. The entire design is based on the contrast of clean lines and warm natural materials. <\/p>\n\n

Kitchen and Dining Area<\/h2>\n\n

We placed the L-shaped kitchen unit<\/strong> under the built-in sleeping loft and partially under the staircase. We utilized every centimeter, yet the result is not a cramped corner\u2014quite the opposite. The open kitchen in a white-gray combination with bleached wood decor and white marble looks clean and elegant. Handleless opening (tip-on) and subtle lighting of the upper cabinets add to the comfort and visual clarity<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

The kitchen is complemented by a dining area with a subtle extendable table<\/strong> for two to four people. It’s a place for a peaceful morning coffee or dinner with friends for four. <\/p>\n\n

Connection with the Living Room<\/h2>\n\n

An original feature is the living room wall made of wooden slats<\/strong>\u2014it serves not only as a place for the TV and storage but also visually separates the living area from the staircase<\/strong>. This keeps the space structured yet airy. <\/p>\n\n

The heart of the living area is a mustard-colored sofa bed<\/strong>. It is complemented by a smart Tablies coffee table<\/g>, a soft carpet, delicate wallpaper, and subtle shading with curtains and drapes. The high ceiling beautifully highlights the original pendant chandelier<\/g>. Every element here has its place and purpose. <\/p>\n\n

This small apartment<\/a> feels calm, thoughtful, and timeless; it’s a place where living will be pleasant.<\/p>\n\n
